I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping adults and older adults find balance, healing, and self-understanding. I work with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I have extensive experience supporting older adults and those with disabilities coping with loss of health, independence, and retirement. I also support adults managing life changes or needing a safe space to talk and be heard. My approach is down-to-earth and collaborative. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance-Based, and Solution-Focused techniques, but I always tailor our work together to what feels right for you.
