I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, boundaries, and self-esteem issues. I have over 18 years of experience. I utilize a strength-based approach and believe that we all have it within ourselves to heal and live a purposeful life. My specialties include; CBT, DBT, ACT, Trauma Informed Care, Relational issues, Mindfulness and Meditation, and Talk Therapy. I meet my client where they are at, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. I believe it is important to build trust and go at the client's pace.
