As a therapist, I use my professional training and life experiences when faced with helping others survive and flourish through the universal pain of life's adversities and unexpected hardships.​​ I believe in acknowledging the importance of clients independence instead of dependence or feelings of disempowerment in therapy. My approach is to be an active and direct collaborative partner who provides feedback to my clients as well as accepts feedback from my clients. This practice is based on the understanding that all identities and individuals deserve affirming and anti-oppressive care.
