Reaching out for support can be intimidating step to take, and my hope is to create a space where my clients feel comfortable to take these steps. My approach is direct and integrates trauma-informed therapies, attachment theory, unpacking systems of oppression, frequent laughter, and an abundance of compassion. I excel working with adult clients with complex relationships to family, children of parent/s with personality disorders, complex and single incident trauma, attachment wounds, and challenges with self-acceptance. I am also passionate about working with other therapists, healers, and community change agents.
