Welcome! I am Maria Rowland, a masters level counselor at Sevita Mentor South Bay. I am open to working with clients of all ages of individuals who are navigating mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, burnout, and trauma. I offer a non-judgmental safe space where we can work through your struggles and identify strategies to help support empowerment, resiliency, and growth. I also have specialized training to work with athletes and performers.
