Danica believes in the philosophy that life just sucks sometimes; sometimes a client wants a therapist to help it feel less sucky and other times, they need a therapist to just hold space for them. Her main areas of focus include anxiety (generalized anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, OCD), pregnancy (from infertility to postpartum to grieving due to miscarriage or abortion), and trauma (which not only includes PTSD, but also complex-PTSD/borderline personality disorder and identity-based trauma).
