Hi, I’m Maria. If you’ve been feeling anxious, moving through a difficult season, experiencing burnout, struggling with substances, or simply looking for a safe space to talk, I’m here to support you. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, compassionate environment where we can explore your story together and gently rediscover safety, grounding, and hope. You don’t have to go through this alone. If you’re ready to begin or even if you just have questions about the process, please feel free to reach out. I’d be honored to walk alongside you. My approach integrates psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care, with faith integration when desired. I also provide therapy in Spanish when needed. I believe true healing is possible. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and purpose as you build resilience and tools to maintain peace and emotional balance.
