I also have experience supporting adults living with anxiety, body image and eating related concerns, chronic illness, and neurodivergence. My work is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and guided by anti-racist, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+, and sex-positive values. I am formally trained in EMDR and integrate EMDR alongside other evidence-based approaches, tailoring my work to each client's needs and readiness.
