If you are reading this, you are probably struggling with at least one area of your life. It's possible that an important relationship in your life is suffering or your health may have taken a hit, and this is bringing difficult emotions to the forefront. Maybe your impulses and habits are not in line with who you truly want to be, and you want to face that. Perhaps you are a parent who feels overwhelmed, overworked, and needs some support. Or things may not be going the way you hoped for; you are facing some existential questions and desire to live a more genuine and courageous life. A well-rounded background informs my work. Being an immigrant and having worked in crisis response affords me the capacity to support anyone having a difficult time adjusting to new environments, relationships, or hardships. I also know the challenges of parenting first-hand, as well as professionally, and love working with little ones as well as caregivers.
