My ideal client is someone who is open to the therapeutic process, interested in becoming more self-aware and who makes an effort inside and outside of my office. I look for thought and behavior patterns to offer clients a fresh perspective on themselves and on why they operate in the ways that they do. Once we identify contributing factors, we can initiate change. I tend to hone in on my clients' strengths and find ways to maximize and utilize them in their lives. I also hope to offer a peaceful environment for us to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
