Sometimes a crisis occurs and makes it impossible not to seek help. The person in crisis needs a strong advocate, a listening ear, a goal driven plan that leads them out of the chaos. I can help you see your way through this, with empathy and without judgment. My clients come in to address anxiety, depression and life transitions. I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness. I use the therapeutic relationship to look at how patterns of interaction have developed and how to reshape/reframe behaviors and thoughts that block growth and joy.
