Hi, my name is Maria Umana. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, license number 111374. I have experience working with adults and older adults suffering from depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with couples and I also facilitate different types of groups. I use person-centered, solution-focused, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing techniques. Although my clientele is 30% Caucasian and 30% African American, I feel most comfortable working with the Spanish population.
