My name is Maria Vega and I am an LCSW. I have been practicing therapy for over 5 years now but have been in the social service field for over 10 years. I have experienced provided supportive therapy, CBT, and DBT to adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, and personality disorder. I love to provide psycho-education into coping skills, such as DBT mindfulness and CBT.
