I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, eating disorders, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving and capable on the outside, but feel worn down, stuck, or constantly at war with their thoughts. Some clients are returning to therapy after a relapse and feeling discouraged or ashamed. Others are newer to this process and wondering whether their struggles are “bad enough” to deserve support.
