My study of psychotherapy and work in mental health spans over 3 decades. I graduate in Psychology, and hold a license in Marriage and Family Therapy in the State of Indiana. In addition to English, I also speak Portuguese. Being with you in session is to co-create a ground where I will support you to experience the known and not-so-known of yourself as a whole. Through therapeutic dialogue, I am committed to helping you understand your emotions, develop skills to overcome challenges, and to live your life at its fullest. The use of technology offers an accessible and flexible way to receive the support you need.
