I provide psychotherapy to children and adults and specialize in helping the family system thrive. By looking at generational parental trauma, I guide parents and couples and children to help decrease disruptive behaviors and help to build a positive attachment and communication flow throughout the family. My specialty is working with children ages 3-9 who are resistant to talking about emotions, by utilizing play therapy I can help encourage children to strengthen their social-emotional capacity.
