I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked in the Mental Health field for over 10 years and specialize in treating adolescents and adults. I am trained and certified in multiple modalities used to address issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma. I take on a strength-based and faith-based approach to help strengthen and empower my clients to utilize the skills we develop in treatment to deal with stressful situations. I am passionate about helping others and building their confidence and resilience. Life is designed to challenge you, but that does not mean that you can’t learn to ride the storm.
