Life can be hard. At certain points we can feel defeated, stuck, and lost. Life can also be beautiful and energizing. Learning how to navigate the ups and downs of life is necessary in allowing the full, messy, wonderful experience. I work with children, adolescents, emerging adults, and adults alike to feel more present and grounded in who they are, find purpose and healing on their life journey, and build a healthy sense of self along the way. In doing so, we explore areas of the self including self-image, sense of self, limiting beliefs and values, as well as attachment styles, relationships, mindfulness, and somatic practices.
