Currently accepting new clients ages 5 years and above! I serve clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, ADD/ADHD, identity exploration, and trauma history. I recognize that it is hard to change unhealthy and unhelpful patterns and an outside perspective can help shed light on the factors that contribute to making life feel exhausting and overwhelming. I am part of the Jewish Family Service Mental Health Specialist team. We serve clients regardless of faith or religious affiliation.
