Hi, I’m Mariah! I strive to approach every therapeutic relationship with authenticity, curiosity and compassion. I’m a “roll up your sleeves and get in there” kinda therapist and am excited to partner with you rather than in front of you. I work from an anti-oppression lens, often noting the socio-cultural impacts on our lives.
