We may be a good fit if you are struggling with anxiety and panic, navigating the depths of grief, looking for a place to voice parenting and caregiver stress, hoping to gain space from feelings of burn out, or if you are searching for meaning in times of uncertainty. I am Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems therapy and I offer Telehealth sessions in NH and PA. I am full at this time and currently have a waitlist for new clients.
