As a therapist, I prioritize meeting clients where they are at, and provide a non-judgmental safe haven where you can share your story and feel heard and validated, while working through life's stressors at your own pace. I utilize a variety of modalities during sessions including strengths based, mindfulness, CBT and trauma focused work.
