Hi! I'm Mariah! I like to think of therapy as a mix between a roadmap and a toolkit- you bring the story, I bring the strategies and create a safe place to help you navigate life's twists and turns. Together, well find what works best for you, with plenty of insight, laughs, and aha moments along the way. Therapy with me is about growth, understanding, and feeling supported every step of the way. In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other. I'll invite you to share what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any questions or concerns you may have. Well also talk about what therapy might look like together-setting some initial goals and discussing the approaches that could be most helpful for you.
