Born and raised in the DMV, I bring deep community roots and over a decade of experience supporting children, individuals, and families. I am committed to lifelong learning and advocating for each client’s healing and growth. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree from UMBC and Master of Social Work from Howard University. HU is where my passion for culturally attuned, client-centered care took shape. I utilize several therapeutic modalities to meet the needs of my clients. I am especially proud to be EMDR trained, which has expanded my confidence that we all have the capacity to heal and live to our fullest potential.
