I am a curious and passionate trauma practitioner and believe that, first and foremost, the building of strong, collaborative and reverent relationships is central to any healing and transformational work. I work to honor and welcome all parts of individuals, families and groups in order to understand stories of adaptation, survival, coping and thriving. As a body- and nervous system-informed practitioner, my approach integrates various modalities and frameworks. My specializations are in working with the complex manifestations of traumatic stress, attachment trauma, intergenerational trauma, and dissociation.
