As a clinician, I am passionate about applying evidence-based practices to treat anxiety, specific phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. I have extensive experience treating tics, school refusal, sleep difficulties, and ADHD. My approach always integrates parental collaboration and support to best optimize treatment outcomes. My primary modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, SPACE and Habit Reversal Training. I have also been trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics, and I am a contributing member of the International OCD Foundation. I treat children and adolescents ages 5-22 dealing with anxiety, OCD, specific phobias, sleep challenges and school refusal. I also work with parents using the SPACE treatment.
