Therapy sessions with me look a lot like a conversation. I believe that you ultimately know yourself, and I am here to be a guiding source and facilitator within the room. Depending on your needs, I can provide resources to coping mechanisms, practices and tools to take outside of our sessions. I can also be someone who listens without judgment. Therapy can be nerve racking, so I am open to listening and changing things up depending on how you grow and what you need. I love to learn and am always trying to create a positive therapy experience for you.
