I aim to help clients with navigating the complexities of severe and persistent mental illness, and may also have a history of suicidal ideation or attempts. Clients might feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in cycles of crisis and recovery, and are seeking a safe, structured space to explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and regain a sense of control. I look to work with children, adolescents, or adults who have experienced trauma, instability, or systemic barriers to care.
