My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore ways to become the version of yourself that you have always envisioned. Navigating through all of life’s challenges can be difficult, especially alone. I am here to walk alongside you on your journey. I believe everyone has the tools within them to grow but just need the proper support. I have experience working with individuals from diverse populations, offering an inclusive space and tailoring sessions to each individual's unique needs. I specialize in helping clients cope with navigating life transitions, trauma, career and work stress, relationship concerns, grief, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
