I proudly maintain my West African cultural values and also understand the layers of identity, culture, and resilience that shape others stories. Your story matters! I offer support for ages 6+ individuals dealing with inner child healing, grief, identity exploration, relational stress and trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach is affirming, and authentic for all clients to feel seen, heard and valued. Together, we’ll explore your challenges, growth, and healing.
