We are created for emotional connection. We want to feel safe, loved and understood by those closest to us. I believe this is the most motivating force in our lives and in our relationships with family, friendships, and work. Why should this goal be so tough to accomplish?Life seems to be ever more complicated, stressful. and farther away from us in values that we once treasured. For over 25 years as a practicing LMFT and LPC, I have had the privilege to work with couples and individuals to clarify goals, overcome fears, and to trust themselves to build healing and joyful relationships.
