As individuals, we have the same capacity to utilize our emotional energy to shape the life we desire or to let it destroy all that is positive and cherished. Anger is complex and has varying effects based on expression and management that could lead to beneficial or detrimental consequences. PDG's Anger Management Program supports adults in managing anger constructively. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA), I will guide you in understanding and harnessing the power of your anger through an evidence-based curriculum and proven practices. Together, we will explore and learn how to master your anger's flame.
