Using complimentary approaches, I help clients to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can feel more whole. I appreciate opportunities to help clients combat anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, chronic grief and loss, relational conflict, eating disorders, low self-esteem, life transitions, addictions, parenting challenges, women's issues and caregiver support struggles. I completed a certificate in EMDR and in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to treat trauma and PTSD symptoms.
