I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical counselor. I have worked treating trauma, depression, anxiety, PTS, mood disorders, adjustment disorders and other mental illnesses. I have facilitated child abuse intervention groups for child abuse perpetrators. I also enjoy facilitating coparenting groups for adults who are going through divorce or separation to shield children from conflict. In the first session you can expect to be greeted with a non-judgemental stance. I will conduct an initial assessment that will help me create a treatment plan that meets your goals in therapy.
