I began my career 13 years ago supporting children and families in schools and group homes. Since then, I’ve worked in hospice, hospitals, and mental health settings, gaining extensive experience with grief, loss, and relationships. Having lived in several countries and speaking three languages, I bring a deep understanding of cultural-based mental health. I work with individuals 18+ and couples, helping you navigate life’s hardships with care and understanding. I bring a culturally diverse lens to therapy and believe healing starts with a strong, trusting relationship.
