I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of professional experience supporting individuals in their efforts to manage stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and grief. In my practice, I recognize the complexity of life’s challenges and the importance of having a trusted professional to speak with, especially when individuals may feel hesitant to share their burdens with partners, family, or friends. My role is to provide a confidential and supportive space where we can collaboratively explore past experiences and current difficulties, with the goal of enhancing motivation, self-esteem, and confidence.
