As an LCPC therapist, I believe building trust is the cornerstone of effective therapy. My approach centers on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients of all ages feel heard, understood, and respected. My specialties include co-occurring disorders across the lifespan, with a focus on mental health and developmental differences. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges such as autism, ADHD, OCD, anxiety, and trauma, as well as the psycho-social dynamics of living with a disability or living with a person with a disability. I am also dedicated to providing LGBTQ+-affirming therapy. My therapeutic approaches are diverse and tailored to each client's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS), cognitive restructuring, behavior modification, motivational interviewing, and experiential therapy.
