I am a New York Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and I enjoy working with a variety of people and problems because I believe everyone is unique in their own way and therefore also needs individualized treatment modalities. I utilize interventions including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Family and Couples Therapy, Play Therapy and others.
