I take a holistic, whole-person approach to mental health, creating a safe and welcoming space where clients can confidently begin their path towards healing and understanding their truest self. I believe in bringing authenticity, humor, and warmth into the therapeutic space. I emphasize the importance of the therapeutic relationship and collaboration so that care is client-driven. I incorporate a variety of treatment modalities including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered, & Solution Focused Therapy to meet the client where they are at.
