I am a licensed Social Worker who works with clients using relational therapy techniques. I am relaxed and find that a back and forth conversation about issues, goals and personal motivation works best. At this unprecedented time of global uncertainty, it is important to talk through feelings of fear and sadness and to identify personal strengths and resilience giving individuals the tools to live with self-awareness and joy. I have great faith in individuals and their need and desire to live life as their best selves. I am very comfortable with Zoom conferencing or a phone call for a session during COVID times.
