I'm a kind, patient, and intelligent therapist who works great with adult individuals and couples that are facing challenging life transitions. This includes, but is not limited to, retirement, moving, new or lost job, becoming new parents, chronic health diagnosis, caretaker burden or loss of a loved one. I understand that going through loss and transition can feel overwhelming, isolating, scary, make someone feel lost, stuck or angry, and have a negative impact on one's sleep, nutrition, relationships, and daily functioning in life.
