I work with adults who want deep confidential therapy that goes beyond symptom management. My clients seek to resolve trauma, PTSD, moral injury, or childhood sexual abuse. Many of my clients seek to stop compulsive sexual behaviors such as problematic pornography use, infidelity, or other behaviors that feel out of control or misaligned with their values. My clients seek an approach without shame, with an emphasis on accountability, safety, and recovery. My clients are mostly male, military veterans or active duty, first responders, or those who have backgrounds in high-stress, high responsibility, roles.
