Have you been having a difficult time lately? Are you feeling anxious, sad, overwhelmed, or struggling with relationships? You are not alone. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and life transitions. Some struggle with relationships. My job is to listen, help clients develop healthier coping strategies, and learn how to improve relationships. Sometimes that happens by learning or improving skills and being accountable for our actions. Sometimes we need a bit more.
