I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, college and graduate students, and university faculty. Using evidence-based techniques, I help clients cope with anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, self-criticism, impostor syndrome, and procrastination. I also support them in building healthy friendships and partnerships, exploring identity issues, adjusting to new situations and life phases, and figuring out their personal and professional paths. I am based in Cambridge MA and licensed across MA, NY, DC, and CT.
