I am a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong background in clinical mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation. I provide supportive and client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with a special focus on adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, executive dysfunction, depression, and anxiety. I utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care to address issues such as stress, depression, and anxiety.
