I provide a supportive, non-judgmental place to talk through aging-related issues. Quality of life matters at any age, and you may need a guide to help you handle life transitions, cope with loss, manage health concerns, and stay emotionally healthy. Together, we'll create a safe space to address loneliness, anxiety, depression, and memory-related issues.
