Many clients come to me saying, "I've tried therapy before and while it helped me gain insight, nothing really changed." Real transformation often requires deeper work that addresses the roots of your challenges. I specialize in approaches that foster real and lasting change by working with both the mind and body. I’m a trauma-informed therapist and make it a priority to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
