My specialty and passion is in working with folks with complex trauma histories including childhood trauma, witnessing/experiencing domestic violence, sexual abuse, PTSD, and anxiety disorders. While I have worked as a child therapist for much of my career, as I only do telehealth/video, my practice is limited to teens and adults. As our childhood and personal history inform our choices and life experiences, my approach is to explore these areas in order to lessen shame, increase self-determination and gain skills in managing life's difficulties.
