My name is Maribel Gonzalez, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing Telehealth services to clients in California. I work with adults currently experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and issues in interpersonal relationships. I tailor my sessions to each client's individualistic needs so they can navigate any life adversities they may be experiencing. My approach varies to the needs of each client. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
