There are moments in life when the weight of anxiety, grief, or emotional pain feels too heavy to carry alone. You may be doing your best to move forward but still feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain of where to turn. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you find clarity, strength, and renewed peace as we work through what has been holding you back and begin to restore hope for what lies ahead. As a mental health provider, I integrate evidence based care with faith informed principles for clients who desire spiritual integration. Drawing from CBT and DBT approaches, I help clients identify patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward lasting emotional and spiritual growth.
